3M Glass Cloth Electrical Tape 27 is a white, insulating tape used for 600-volt dry, coil outer wrapping and insulating motor lead connector applications. This durable tape is 7.25-mil (0.184 mm) thick and constructed with a 5-mil (0.127 mm) glass cloth backing, coated on one side with a thermosetting rubber adhesive that helps provide long-lasting results. The adhesive is ready to use, with no moisture, heat or solvents needed for application. This tape is used for continuous operation not exceeding a 150 ?C (302 ?F) UL listing or 130 ?C (266 ?F) CSA listing. It is UL Component recognized (UL510A Standard, Category OANZ2, File No. E17385) and CSA certified (Standard C22.2 No. 66, File No. 093411, Class 9052-30).
