Mushers Secret Paw Protector is a blend of 100 percent pure, natural waxes (including white and yellow beeswax, carnauba wax and candelilla wax) and vegetable oils with Vitamin E to protect, moisturise, soothe and heal dog paws, snouts, ears, elbows. Mushers Secret paw balm does not contain soy, flaxseed, tea tree oil, nut oils, lanolin or petroleum products. The waxes are food-grade, safe and natural. Mushers Secret Paw Protector will not harm your dog if they lick it off their paw. It is safe for domestic and exotic animals including dogs, cats, horses, chickens. Mushers secret paw wax is the ideal alternative if you have a dog who will not wear dog socks, dog boots or dog shoes in winter or who needs paw protection from hot pavements or sand in summer. This dog paw balm was originally developed in Canada for sledging dogs and provides the best dog paw protection, even in the most extreme weather conditions. It can also be used to moisturise nose or snout, ears, elbows and to soothe and heal dry or cracked paws and to help injured pads heal. Mushers Secret Paw Protector can also be used on horses hooves to protect against wet weather conditions or horses bodies to repell biting insects in summer. It is a must have addition for your pet’s first aid kit or grooming kit for winter and summer. For year round use apply a thin layer once a week and rub in. It is easy to apply and will absorb in a few moments. Once Mushers Secret Paw Protector has absorbed it will not come off on floors, carpeting or clothing. In extreme heat or cold conditions as an alternative to dog socks, dog boots or dog shoes, or for very dry cracked pads, additional applications, 2 to 3 times a week, may be necessary.
